Product Inspection Period

To protect your rights, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to ensure it is correct and complete. If you wish to return the item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt, providing the following information : Member Name, Order Number, Contact Phone Number, Name of Product for Return and Reason for Return & Photos. Once received, our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returned or exchanged items must be unused and free from damage or malfunction caused by human factors. The 7-day inspection period under consumer protection law is intended for you to confirm whether the product meets your needs—not as a trial period. If our store marks a product as non-returnable, please keep the complete original packaging (including outer box). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

 

Cases Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted


1. Items past the 7-day inspection period.

2. Items that have been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, breakage, wear, scratches, or tears.


3. Returned items with incomplete packaging, missing invoice, accessories, or gifts/promotional items.


4. Malicious or bulk returns.

 

Return Process


1. Contact customer service → confirm eligibility for exchange → prepare and package the complete item and invoice → provide pickup time, contact info, and address → a courier assigned by us will collect the package.

2. Please keep the packaging intact (including purchased item, accessories, invoice, inner and outer packaging, gifts, etc.). Missing parts or incomplete packaging that result in damage during shipping or food spoilage may affect your eligibility for return and may incur associated costs.

 

Refund Instructions


Credit Card Payment : After the return is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card account. Cash on Delivery / Convenience Store Pickup : After the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.

 

Other Notes


1. If you choose convenience store pickup with payment but fail to collect the item without reason, causing it to be returned after the deadline, any discounts, reward points, or promotions applied to the order will not be refunded.

2. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 7-day period under the Consumer Protection Law.

3. Do not use email to process returns/exchanges, as failure to receive email notifications may affect your return/exchange rights.
