Member Center 】

1. How to become a member?
Please click the head icon in the upper right corner [Member Center], select "Register Member", and then click to join with Line or Facebook account. Or choose to enter basic information to complete the membership application.

2. What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click the head icon [Member Center] in the upper right corner, and then click "Forgot Password" to enter your registered member's email. Once you receive an email confirmation, please click the link in the email to reset your password. In order to protect the confidentiality of personal information, our customer service staff cannot query and change your password.

3. How to modify personal data?
After logging in as a member, the "Member Center > Personal Information" page will appear, and you can modify yourmembership information.

4. What should I do if I don't get a confirmation email for my order?
Since some mailboxes have the function of blocking advertisement letters, the letters automatically sent by the system may be marked as a spam email. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please contact us by Line or Facebook during office hours to get support.

 

International Shipping 】

1. Order Process : select products and quantity → click the shopping cart icon on the upper right to checkout → select pay ment method → fill in the order information → complete the order!

2. The delivery fee is calculated according to the weight of the package. Note : there are weight restrictions for picking up goods at overseas locations. It is recommended that the weight of the package should be under 4kg. In the case that the parcel weighs more than the weight range, please order separately.

3. The same order can only be delivered to one address and one specified date, and the order cannot be sent separately.

4. If the parcel cannot be delivered or lost due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or any personal reason, return/exchange and refund will not be issued.

5. The self-return and freight collect will be rejected, buyers will bear the delivery and related costs.

 

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return/Exchange Application : Free replacement will be provided if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item. Opened product cannot be returned/exchanged. If you want to return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within three days of receiving your order. Once we accept your return request, our customer service will arrange courier to pick up the item as soon as possible, and you will also receive a shipping receipt, please keep it until the refund is completed.

2. If the product have been shipped, you can no longer cancel of modify the order.

3. Refund Application : Please contact the official account of Line or Facebook during office hours; our customer service staff will handle the relevant matters for you as soon as possible.
