【 DELIVERY FEES 】

Free shipping is valid on orders of NT$1,000 or more. For purchases less than NT$1,000, if you choose to delivery by "T-Cat Express" or “Convenience Store Pickup", NT$120 shipping fee will be charged. If you choose T-Cat Express with "Cash on Delivery", a delivery fee of NT$180 will be charged.

【 DELIVERY TIMES 】

For T-CAT EXPRESS : Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placement, and delivery will occur on the following working day (excluding Sundays). For CONVENIENCE STORE PICKUP : Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after placement, it will take approximately 3 working days from shipment to arrive at the designated store.

【 DELIVERY AREAS 】

1. For offshore islands, the delivery fee for T-CAT EXPRESS is NT$280 per item, and free shipping is valid on orders of NT$8,000 or more.

2. For overseas areas, shipping fees are calculated based on weight. Free shipping is valid on orders of NT$3,000 or more in Hong Kong and Macau.


3. Parcels may be subjected to random inspection by Customs. Under Customs Law and Customs Import Tariff, Customs duty might be imposed. Under the circumstances, an additional fee will be added to the consignee.


4. Different tariffs and taxes applied on different products by different countries. If the parcels are subjected to random inspection by Customs, the additional cost will be borne by the consignee. If the consignee is unwilling to pick up the goods, the related costs or the loss of the shipment will be borne by the buyer.
